I had such a wonderful experience making my baby’s own food. Nurturing my infant with wholesome, great tasting food, made with my own hands, gave me a profound sense of mother-child intimacy. The more she devoured the food, the more inspired I was to create new dishes. I wrote all of the recipes down and saved them to share with others, which is what I am doing through Baby Suppers™ classes. Each recipe is very simple to make, as it should be. We are busy parents. Babies demand our time and attention and they should have it. But, they also deserve the very best nourishment we can give them.

Garden Bounty for Your Baby

New mothers and fathers (and parents-to-be) will learn how to turn garden-fresh fare into nutritious, authentic – tasting foods to please your baby’s palate and nurture good health. I will demonstrate quick and easy recipes featuring primarily organically grown fruits and vegetables and organic meats, along with tips on freezing, storing, thawing, and serving. I’ll discuss sensitivity to allergies in children and all recipes will avoid ingredients that are of high risk. The ultimate testament will be the taste test comparing Baby Suppers to store-bought, processed, jarred food.
